By accessing this website and/or mobile app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions are specified herein. Do not continue to use 9ja Events for buying or selling event tickets if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated in terms of service.

Service Charge

All payments for ticket sales made through 9ja Events will be subject to the service charge of 10%. This charge will be automatically deducted from the total ticket sale amount before remittance to the event owner/organizer.

Refund Policy for Ticket Buyers

It is important to NOTE: If for any reason the Headlining/Star performers scheduled for an event fail to appear, buyers of such event tickets reserve the absolute right to request for a refund within 24 hours from the scheduled start time of the event.

Organizers of such events should be willing to comply with this Refund policy even if the money sold for the tickets have been paid to the them.

Refunds and Cancellations

In the event of a refund or cancellation initiated by the event organizer or the ticket purchaser, the service fee of 10% WILL NOT be refunded. However, the ticket sale amount minus the service charge of 10% will be refund or credit to the initiator. This payment will be effective within 48 hours (for working days) or the next working day after the holidays or weekend. NOTE: in the event that this is not possible and the fault is not within the power of 9ja Event, the company will not be held liable for the delay if the refund comes later than stipulated here.
